Yes, his last name looks more like a radio station’s call letters…K.V.A.M!! Actually, it is derived from a town in Norway and is pronounced Quam or Kwam (Yes, he is Norwegian—Uff Da!). After high school, he paid his dues for 5 years at Bemidji State University -and- graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree! Since then, (1995) he has been working “full-time” helping people buy and sell their real estate. like so many others that live in this area, he decided to dig in his roots and stay. Hey, this is a truly gorgeous area that accommodates his craving to be in the great outdoors!
He takes his profession very seriously. When people come to him looking to buy or sell their home, land, farm, or lakeshore, he “marches-forward” and gets the job done. Having personally bought and sold several properties, he knows how the financial and emotional “roller-coaster” feels! Taking the time to listen and get to genuinely know people -and- his vast knowledge of the area, makes him a “great fit” for this business. In his spare, time you will find him bowhunting, fishing, snowmobiling, 4-wheeling, looking for shed antlers, building something in his shop, or puttering around with something outside……his T.V. doesn’t get used much!
