Chris is a New England native that was watching “The Golden Girls” on TV one cold night and thought, why was she here in the cold when there is a warm place for me? A few years later, Chris found herself in the sunshine state. She has been enjoying the Florida lifestyle since 2005 and loves it! What’s not to love, the turquoise gulf waters, the white sandy beaches, long days of sunshine, and beautiful golf courses to play in every day of the year. Chris worked in new construction when she first arrived in Florida, but now she enjoys helping people find their piece of paradise in resale homes, condos, villas, and new construction as well. Chris sells in the Venice area, Sarasota, and North Port markets. People find her easy to work with but thorough and knowledgeable in the real estate field.
