Before we met Chris, we have talked to several house agents already. But they are not responsive and not active. When we first contacted Chris online, he asked me the address and then gave me a detailed comparison analysis of nearby houses in just 30 minutes. This is how Chris’ responsiveness comparing to other agents we talked before. During the whole process, Chris is honest and helpful. We left the state and ask Chris to help us taking care of everything including house repairing, internet device returning etc. We appreciated his help a lot and eventually we successfully sold the house in short period in this declining market. I highly recommended him.

Chris did an excellent job finding and showing us homes that met our criteria and helping us navigate the most competitive market ever. He connected us with lenders that were able to allow us to keep our current home as a rental and finance the new home. He’s also helping us to get our home rented! I can’t say enough about him.

My wife and I would highly recommend Chris to all my friends and family. Chris helped us navigate through the buying process with ease with his tremendous expertise and knowledge in this competitive buying market. VA loan tends to be disliked by seller and listing agent due to its built in protective terms for VA. But Chris knew how to highlight our advantages and hide our weakness and got our offer accepted.
