Chris Murphy is excellent at what he do. He is very professional, and answer all question and returns call right away. You could not ask for a better realtor. This was our first time buying a home and Chris made this experince enjoyable, he was right by our side to make sure we had a smooth transation and to answer any question that we had. You could not go wrong by using Chris Murphy as your realtor. He gets a 10 in my book.

Recently, my wife and I found jobs in the AA area and it fell on me to find rental housing for us and our three dogs. What a nightmare! At first, I tried to find housing by myself, but soon realized the sheer difficulty of doing this in Michigan, not only from lack of decent housing but also due to a generally unaccepting attitude towards pets in rental properties. I spent a week living out of a hotel room while looking for housing, and came back home empty handed. That’s when I started working with Chris. Far from just setting up appointments to show me houses, Chris took me through the entire process of renting a home, from selecting possible candidates, to the flood of paperwork that followed. When the home that we were initially hopeful about fell through (through no fault of his own), he nevertheless continued to work with me to find our family somewhere to live. Since I was out of state again, he went out and visited potential candidate homes himself, and usually called me the same day to give his unbiased opinion. Honestly, he did far more than what I’d expect from an agent, and if it weren’t for him, I’d probably still not have a place to live. In short, I’d highly recommend him and will definitely be using his expertise again when it comes time to find another rental or buy a home outright. A Mossine

We found a property that we really loved and lost the property because I didn't listen to Chris on the opening bid; I under bid trying to do it my way. From that I learned a valuable lesson; listen to the expert, and that is definitely what Chris Murphy is. My wife and I laid in the bed crushed at the loss of our dream home. Chris kept us hopeful and continued to work with us on finding the perfect house for the best deal. A week later Chris called me saying the house was back on the market; and was I ready to get it. He was able to work with the selling agent and negotiate a deal that was mind blowing. We got our dream home thanks to Chris. In fact Chris guided us 100% of the way by finding us the best mortgage guy in the world. I call these two guys the dream team!!! If you are looking for an agent that is not only knowledgeable of the local area, but also the surrounding areas in Michigan, and a relator with the resources and contacts to make dreams reality; then you have found him. Chris Murphy is a blessing from above and a man of great character and respect for his clients and their wish list.
