Chris Palamidessi

Born and raised in West Sacramento, Chris spent the past 30-years watching his once "small town," blossom into one of the top growing cities in the area. We have watched Southport go from being dirt fields located south of the port, to one of the most desirable places to live in the community. He has witnessed empty lots next to the river in Broderick, become the lavish gated community now known as, "The Rivers." From growing up in the State Streets, to playing soccer at Bryte Park, he can honestly say he know this town like the back of his hand.

Another thing Chris know like the back of my hand is the Real Estate market. After graduating from CSU Sacramento with a degree in Real Estate and Land Use Affairs in 2004, he decided to dedicate his professional career to learning and understanding the housing market. His extensive knowledge of market trends, programs available to first time homebuyers, the short sale process and foreclosure law, has allowed him to be the number one Real Estate Agent in West Sacramento for the past two years. In 2011, he opened Capital West Realty, Inc. with his business partner.

This knowledge, and the pride he has for the West Sacramento community, is why he hasn’t spent the past nine years helping families make West Sacramento THEIR home, and why he has chosen to raise his own family within city limits.
