Chris and Dana first helped us get acclimated to the area since it was new to us. Then created a schedule to show us all the houses we wanted to see. Then got us to review three we like the next day. Made the house hunting process very smooth and enjoyable. It didn’t end there - they walked us through the next steps, helped us get utilities, and performed the final walkthrough with us virtually using FaceTime. I highly recommend Papemore Real Estate.

Chris and Dana went above and beyond in just about every part of our home buying process. We were moving here from out of state so it involved them taking care of things while we weren't in town and they were great! Super knowledgable on the area and great connections with lenders, inspectors, etc. in the area. Always a pleasure to talk to and we highly recommend them!

Chris and Dana are outstanding, professional realtors. They have gone over and above finding our home. We trusted and valued their judgment to the point, that we purchased our home sight unseen. Each time we thought we found the right house, they faced time us with a walk through. Because of their input what we thought suited are needs, did not happen until this last house got an outstanding thumbs up from them.
The many recommendations of service people from them have proven to be invaluable. Chris & Dana's understanding of the area is truly 5 stars.

Chris and Dana Pape were referred to by a Veteran at Richards Coffee Shop in Mooresville, and we are so glad he did. Chris and Dana Pape (proud Veteran) make a great team who will relentlessly work for you! We primarily worked with Chris for over 2 years as he tirelessly worked with us to find our dream home. He is extremely knowledgeable about all things real estate. Chris was always available for us and was always quick to return calls, texts and or emails. Chris had an incredible eye and is quick to point out small details, both good and bad, when viewing a home. Chris listened attentively to our needs and wants, but also pointed out other options that we may not have considered. On a side note, Dana and Chris continue to generously support our Veterans. Chris and Dana may have started out as our realtors, but we now consider them friends.

Chris and Dana Pape were incredible to work with. I started the home searching process (first time home buyer) during my deployment to the middle east. I was in 3 different countries in a completely different time zone. My wife took the lead working with Chris and Dana but I was constantly in the loop.

When I returned from deployment I saw first hand how wise they were dealing with real estate. We felt so comfortable in every house we looked at and 100% trusted the advise we were given. It is a crazy time to buy a house but Chris and Dana ensured that we had all information available to make a wise decision. Chris was extremely candid which I asked for, and we passed a few houses that we are very thankful we did.

We ended up getting our dream house and overall the process was flawless. We can't wait to work again with them in the future and to send referrals their way as well!

Where to even begin! My wife and I moved from Colorado last year with no knowledge of the area and no idea how to even get this process started! We met Dana and Chris at the start of our home buying process and they were with us every step of the way (and then some!) We truly cannot express how much we appreciate them and how comfortable we felt working with them throughout the crazy journey! The home buying process can be a daunting and overwhelming task, but they made the process so easy and smooth. Any time we had a question or concern, they were there with great advice. Little did we know at the start of the journey of buying a house, would we be sad on closing day because it marked the end of our house hunt with these two amazing people, but also extremely happy because we found a beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood. We cannot recommend them more!

Words cannot truly express how thankful we were to be teamed up with Chris and Dana. We relocated from Ohio, and with only 1 day to look at houses, found exactly what we were looking for! Chris helped us every step of the way, and is so knowledgeable about the area. We wanted to have lake access, and Chris knew so much about life on Lake Norman. He was also present on our behalf for the inspections since we were out of state. He communicates promptly, always responding when he says he will. We have worked with many realtors over the years, and never had any that quite made us feel like a priority. We would highly recommend the Pape team over and over!

Efficient, trustworthy, and kind are only three simple words to describe how Chris and Dana Pape run their business. As first-time home buyers, we had no idea what we were doing, but Chris and Dana made it so easy we were able to close on our home in 14 days! The home we chose was quite a bit further away from their typical market, but that didn't matter to them! They had no problem making the drive to the home whenever we needed them to, even when we couldn't be there due to work obligations. They were also incredibly responsive via phone, text, and email. Chris and Dana are genuinely good people that also happen to be phenomenal real estate agents. We dealt mainly with Dana in our email and texting before the scheduled time to view houses. On the day of what was suppose to be the first of many house viewings we met Dana at their office (We only needed the one day).
