Over his career, Chris Richards has been involved in nearly every facet of the commercial real estate business; from property management, to brokerage, to development. This diverse experience has created a unique combination of market expertise, analytical skills, deal making and customer service.
Chris has been the recipient of three (3) Commercial Brokers Group Deal of the Year Awards since 2014.
Currently, Chris leads the Colliers | Wisconsin Madison office, acting as managing director. With experience in virtually every facet of commercial real estate, as well as his knowledge of the Madison market, Chris is an invaluable asset to the Colliers | Wisconsin team.
