My Family Started in Real Estate in Kansas City in 1841 ... The Tradition Continues...
It all started when my grandfather, Judge Thomas Smart purchased 80 acres of land to settle down and farm with his family in 1841. Just a few years later, it made good sense to develop the land, and that would soon become downtown Kansas City, Missouri. Since then, generations of my family have continued this tradition providing expert real estate advice and top quality service.
