Chris Thornton

Chris Thornton founded J.C. Thornton & Company, LLC along with Brandi DiFebbo and Lance McGhee in the early 2000's on the standard of principled, professional service directed from the client's perspective. Chris has actively worked in the real estate profession in Arkansas for the last 21 years, with 18 of those years as a broker.

As one of a team of outstanding brokers at J.C. Thornton & Company, Chris' focus is on the professional growth and development of his associated friends and colleagues, and enjoys a consulting role as a part of the support team behind each agent in the firm.

Chris enjoys working closely with friends and referrals from friends to assist them in buying and selling their homes and real estate investment properties. A significant portion of his time is dedicated to commercial real estate consulting, construction, and development of strategic investment partnerships. Chris was previously listed as a State Registered Appraiser.

Having successfully completed all of the core CCIM commercial courses as well as some elective coursework, he offers a strong base of knowledge to contribute to any commercial project or investment. He provides the experience of having performed site selection analysis, feasibility studies, and functioned as general contractor and developer for successful commercial, multifamily, retail, office, subdivision, and single family projects in various cities across central Arkansas. The purchase, management, and disposition lodging and restaurant ventures as well as in all of the above sectors are part of his experience as well.
