Chris Tiedeman

Chris has more than 25 years of experience in all aspects of the multifaceted and complex residential land acquisition and development business. Chris has consistently proven effective in the structure and negotiation of contracts to purchase and sell property throughout the Chicago metropolitan area. He has extensive experience in maximizing values for his clients through the timely and strategic disposition of raw land, platted and improved lots, as well as other assets in accordance with a client’s objectives and changing market conditions. He has successfully represented numerous residential home builders and developers in the acquisition of residential lots and key land sites/lots throughout the suburbs in and around Chicago. Chris earned his undergraduate degree from the School of Business at the University of Wisconsin, majoring in Real Estate and Urban Development. He has been a member of the National Association of Home Builders of Greater Chicago, the American Planning Association and the Urban Land Institute.
