: Team Townson Real Estate was founded by Chris Townson in 1989. Working for a small mom and pop real estate firm in Mission Valley Chris’ thirst for improving service to his clients drew him to the top real estate trainers in the nation. In 1991 Chris joined the RE/MAX family and over 1800 home sold later continues to win industry awards and receive accolades from customers and fellow realtors alike.

Chris is a graduate of San Diego State University with a degree in Marketing. Chris's desire to help people drew him to the real estate industry right out of college. Utilizing his marketing degree he quickly learned how to effectively promote and market his client’s homes for top dollar in all sorts of challenging markets. Combing the old school way of sales with today’s critical technology continues to give his clients the edge.

28 years later there isn’t a challenge that Chris hasn’t seen and knows how to overcome to the benefit of his clients.
