Chris Wright

A graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chris joined Cornish & Carey Commercial in May of 2001. Before joining Cornish & Carey Commercial, Chris enjoyed a successful ten-year career in mechanical design. His scope of work ranged from robotics to consumer electronics, most recently as Director of Engineering for a medical device start-up where he managed the design and manufacture of a cold therapy system.
Chris now uses this knowledge in high technology to his advantage when assisting clients in finding space and helping landlords in understanding tenants’ uses. Growing up and working in the Silicon Valley, Chris has built many relationships over the years and has been very successful converting these relationships into Cornish & Carey clients.
A native of Los Gatos, Chris has returned there to reside with his wife Beth, and enjoys working out, playing golf and softball in his free time.
