Selling and finding a house at the top of the market was not an easy task.. Chris was very professional as well as personal…my stresses were high as (all) my criteria needed to be met. Chris is not only a fantastic realtor, he is an excellent support system. ANYTIME there was a house we wanted to see Chris moved fast as houses were flying off the market. working hard to make sure things were right to get the best price. he really cared about us, understood our needs from the very first time we spoke. Even giving us ideas on how or what to look for in our next house, he is absolutely wonderful to work with. It’s like having a friend on the “inside” that is working for you. He was always available to answer our questions and to show us the houses any time we asked for. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home, you won’t regret it!

With fluid communication and determination Chris goes from showing to showing with a smile on his face and is a lovely agent to work with. He is willing to go above and beyond to meet his client’s needs and stays up to date with the current climate of real estate. We saw a wide variety of houses, usually more than once, and Chris was always more than willing to set up a showing to go through the property with us and provide great advice. He’s incredibly easy to get along with and will help you feel at ease in the house hunt process.

We were very fortunate to have Chris Yurko list and sell our home of 30 years. Chris was very instrumental in helping us get our home ready to put on the market. Chris could not do enough in helping us in all aspects of the sale. We went on the market on a Wednesday, Thursday we had 5 tours and on Friday there 6 tours.
