Regal Touch Realty, Inc. was founded after Chrissy spent years working with larger brokerages and became frustrated with the growing number of added transaction fees, marketing fees, and cancellation fees being charged to clients. Chrissy and Dan built Regal Touch Realty, Inc. with a different philosophy: make real estate easy and straightforward for clients without unnecessary costs or pressure. That is why they don't charge additional brokerage, marketing, or cancellation fees.
Chrissy Brahler has held a Florida real estate license since 1998, beginning her career with Coldwell Banker in Orlando before later joining a RE/MAX agency. After relocating to the Lakewood Ranch area in 2010, she became associated with an independent brokerage before ultimately establishing Regal Touch Realty, Inc. Chrissy is also a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) and Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource Specialist (SFR), with extensive experience helping clients navigate distressed property sales, foreclosures, and complex transactions with professionalism, confidentiality, and care.
Dan Brahler brings over 32 years of experience in the home building industry, primarily with Andersen Windows, Inc., where he worked extensively throughout Florida. His background in residential construction, home design, and customer service provides clients with valuable insight when evaluating homes and understanding property quality and value. Dan has been a licensed Florida real estate agent and broker for the past five years and works alongside Chrissy to provide clients with knowledgeable guidance, honest communication, and a smooth real estate experience from start to finish.
