Originally a native of Durango, CO I have enjoyed living in various parts of the country including Scottsdale, AZ and Seattle, WA. I was referred to Christi by Tom Thompson at Prime Lending. I did not have many expectation when I first started the house hunting process. As time went on Christi helped me know what to look for in a house and what to expect as we moved along in the process. She always suggested houses that she knew I would like. She was very helpful and reassuring the whole time. I always felt like I could contact her with any questions, and have contacted her since closing on my house. I referred my friend who is looking into buying a house to Christi. I told my friend that Christi is a great realtor and always had great ideas for the houses we looked at and was very patient, understanding, and reassuring. If/when I sell or buy a house again, I hope Christi is still a realtor because I would love to work with her again!

A friend of mine had purchased a home from Christi and recommended her when I was going to sell my townhouse. I contacted Christi and after that first meeting I knew she was the right person to handle the sale of my property. She has good ideas for presenting the home, provides weekly updates regarding interest shown in the listing, and has a good grasp of the market. She is always accessable and has a positive upbeat personality. As I had already moved out of town, Christi was was helpful and resourceful in recommending someone to do what needed to be done and she picked out things that needed to be changed/upgraded in my stead and always did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend her to anyone interested in buying or selling a home. She is a very special person.
