Christian was a absolute pleasure to work with on the purchases my first home! The process has been smooth, easy, and completely stress free! He is extremely professional and responsive. Being that this was my first purchase I didn’t really know what to expect, but Christian explained everything so clearly and was so supporting to any questions or help that i needed. I was impressed with how much he knew about the purchase but also about the surrounding areas. His honestly and attention to detail is great, which is why I feel so confident in this purchase. I would highly recommend Christian!!

For being first time home buyers and it being our first time living on the east coast, we couldn’t have asked for a better agent to help us. A good friend recommended Christian to us for the process, and we couldn’t have imagined the process being easier than Christian made it for us. At the beginning of our home search, the market in Maryland was in the middle of a giant price spike, and houses weren’t lasting a few hours on the market. We ended up putting three total offers in on separate houses, and finally got the last one. Now, we were looking a little farther out than where Christian is use to (ended up buying an hour away from him) and anytime we had an interest in a home, without hesitation, he is would ask if we wanted him to go tour it for us (since we were thousands of miles away). He went out of his way three times to go over an hour away to see houses for us, just so we could video tour the home with him. All in all, if you want a realtor that will absolutely put your needs and wants first, Christian is who you want.

I had the privilege of working with Christian on the sale of my condo in Lake Heron and I was extremely impressed by his attentiveness and follow-through, during every step of the sale. Christian is the epitome of the "Ritz Carlton" experience. His professionalism from beginning to end exceeded all expectation, from his initial analysis of our home, detailed research on comps in the market, to having our home sell at 100% of our asking price and the same day it was listed. My wife and I work full time during the week and Christian was always available to answer our every question. His timeline helped keep us focused and on track, it was the perfect combination of direction and information so we could sell efficiently. He made a stressful event in our life a first class experience, and for that my family and I are truly grateful.

We highly recommend Christian! The process of selling our town-home and buying our new house went smoothly, and any problem that did arise, Christian was able to handle it promptly. We were impressed with how quickly he responded to us when we had questions (he would often times respond in minutes!). I would use Christian 1000x over and I don't know if there could possibly be a better realtor in the state. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. He was able to list our house and 3 days later we had multiple full price offers! When searching for realtors, there are some realtors in the industry who give you an unrealistic expectation about how much your house will sell for just to get your listing and months go by without any offers and the price has to be reduced. This does not happen with Christian. He was very upfront with the market value of our house and told us how much we could expect to walk away with at closing. After all said and done his estimate was RIGHT on the mark with no surprises. His market value is unmatched.
The home buying process was even more seamless. Christian was very flexible when we wanted to go see houses and he knew exactly what faults to look for in the houses that could be costly down the road that any average realtor may have overlooked. His response time on any question we asked was within the hour every single time. I don't think I know what his voicemail sounds like because he always picked up. His knowledge of the area and the market is unmatched and he truly cares about your best interests.
