This realtor has a lot to offer. Professional, attentive, resourceful, knows the market and works with you to find the best place for you to live. I had a bucket list of items I wanted in the house and he helped me find the right house at the right price. Christian Pineda is a real estate agent that not only works with buyers/sellers, but also renters! Christian will help you find that hidden gem. I first started working with Christian (he's also my son) in the Summer with plans to move in the Fall.

Christian has access to listings I didn't know about. Forget Zillow, ApartmentsforRent or any other site. Christian has access to a larger, more extensive real estate listings for all of Southern California. He will set you up on a search using the criteria you tell him. You get multiple responses per day! You decide to love it or leave it. Tell Christian which one you want to see and he will set it. This couldn't be simpler!

I took over four weeks looking for place because I'm very picky about the house, neighborhood and the community in general. Christian understood this. He was always encouraging me to only view the ones that looked good and he took a genuine interest in my search. One of my top "wants" was a view. This is something I have not seen in other Real Estate agents do. If I were a new home buyer or just looking to get into the market, I highly recommend this agent. Very friendly, very professional.
