Christian Schlueter

Christian has been a licensed Realtor® since 1985, along with his wife Sharon. In 2001, they decided that they needed more control over their real estate business and their ability to serve their clients, past, present, and future. After much thought and research, they joined RE/MAX, one of the premier real estate companies in the world. This change gave them the opportunity to be in charge of every aspect of their business, from marketing to creating a true team and formalizing their business by referral model. Their success has been wonderful and is measured by their referral base, which has grown, and the relationships they have built both professionally and personally. They concentrate on providing exemplary service to their clients, many of whom have been with them for more than 30 years.

The real estate industry continues to evolve at lightning speed. While technology is the big driver, ever-changing laws and regulations provide unique challenges not only to the real estate industry but also to the ability to own a home and protect property rights. That is why Christian chose to get involved in his local, state, and National Association of Realtors®. He has had the opportunity since 2003 to meet with their state and federal legislators to discuss all issues that could affect his client's ability to buy or sell a home. Issues including flood insurance, mortgage forgiveness, 1031 tax exchanges, and tax reform are just some of the issues he has been involved in on behalf of their communities. He served in a variety of positions, including the President of the New Jersey Realtors® in 2018.
