When it became necessary for us to move from renters to owners we were lucky enough to be connected with Christie. Her ability to help the buying process simple and easy combined with he clear advanced acumen truly made her invaluable to us. During this time we felt like we were her most important clients and that finding the right home for us was paramount to her. I, admittedly, have always been suspicious of realtors. It’s nice to know we have one we can trust.

Christy is the only realtor I would trust to sell my home. I have bought/sold three times with her and have had nothing but positive outcomes (quick turn around, seamless closings and have always come out financially on top). If your home is sitting cold on the market, hire Christy and it will be gone quick. No one out-hussles!

We worked with Christie to sale our home and she went above and beyond during that process. Her recommendations during that phase helped us maximize the offers we received on our home. Christie also had a vast network of Contractors and similar businesses ready to call for some projects we needed to complete before listing; this was extremely convenient.

The listing and sale experience was so wonderful we decided to use Christie as our buying agent for our new home. That process took us 8 months due to how picky we were for what we wanted, but Christie was right there with us the entire time giving honest feedback on the many properties we viewed, she took time to research things we typically would not consider, and helping connect us to other parterres as part of the process (Lenders, etc.). Christie was also exceptionally flexible in her schedule, which was helpful considering our busy lives. In the end, we found our forever home, mainly due to Christie. We do not plan to move or not for a very long time, but if the need raises again, we will absolutely reach out to Christine.

Thank you so much Christie for all your hard work for us and help ensuring we ended up in the right/best place for us long term. :)

The addition attention to details allowed for us to get the best price for our home and her expertise allowed us to close without any issues.

Christie is awesome! We were building a home and the builders said “you don’t need an agent”…do NOT listen to them. You absolutely need an agent! Christie really went to bat for us, especially during supply issues, communication issues, and just really informing us about the process. She was responsive to our questions (and we had a million). Several of our friends have also had Christie as an agent and all have had positive experiences!

Christie has been a God send!!! We purchased our first home just over 3 years ago, we were clueless and still kind of are. She was extremely helpful through the whole process, making sure we understood what was going on and all the decisions that purchasing a home entails. It was great having a realtor that not only I could trust but that also had my back. Even now- years later when something comes up such as how taxes work for disabled vets or just random questions, Christie doesn’t hesitate to provide all the help we need and assist me to be a grown up! After a very extensive search in a very crazy market, not only did she find the home that checked all the boxes that we were looking for, she guided us through the whole purchasing process. You will not find a better agent. We were new to the area and not sure where we wanted to buy. The first thing we appreciated was her extensive knowledge of the entire Dallas metroplex area which helped narrow down our search. We also bought during a crazy bidding war market and she very capably and accurately helped us navigate that process. Finally she has gone above and beyond in several other ways - from helping us with local resources to keeping an eye on the house between when we closed and when we moved in. Christie Thornton is just one of the GOOD ONES! There are so-so realtors and then there are fantastic realtors. Christie cares about YOU- not closing the deal or her commission or anything else that might matter to some. She is solution driven and will work hard for you! She stays on top of all of her connunication. She is detail oriented and most of all friendly! You will not regret partnering her for any of your real estate needs.
