Christina Branham

Christina Branham is an accomplished real estate agent with many accolades and achievements. She received her license in October 2005 and quickly became a million-dollar producer with the Knoxville Association of Realtors within a year. She has maintained her status as a Million Dollar Producer while working with Coldwell Banker Jim Henry & Associates, the largest real estate office in the Roane County area.

Branham's success has not gone unnoticed; she has been awarded numerous titles and honors. She was honored with the title "Knoxville Association of Realtors Silver Award of Excellence," voted "Best Real Estate Agent" by readers of the Roane County Newspaper, and awarded "Ambassador of the Year."

In 2009, Branham decided to retire her license to stay home with her five recently adopted children and her husband, Chris. However, she returned to the real estate business in 2015. Shortly after returning to real estate full-time, she joined the Harriman Rotary Club as a member. Within a year, she was named the Harriman Rotary President and served for an unusual two-year term during the COVID-19 pandemic. Paving the way for new technology and new opportunities for the club. Additionally, Branham has expanded her business by founding CBSELLSIT, LLC, and being promoted to Marketing Director for CBJHA in 2019.

More recently, in 2023, Branham was promoted as Short Term Property Manager for the newest division of Coldwell Banker Jim Henry, Jim Henry Vacation Rentals. She is also the Managing Director for the company's event center, "The Jim Henry Event Center." Branham's impressive accomplishments and dedication to her work make her a valuable asset to the real estate industry.

She lives with her husband and youngest daughter in the Cornstalk Heights District of Harriman. Her community involvement includes serving on the Cornstalk Heights Community Organization board. Additionally, she has chaired the "Cornstalk Heights Christmas Tour" and has contributed to numerous other local events within the community.
