Christina has lived in Chicago for nearly 20 years and loves the city’s diversity, food, culture, and lakefront! Known for her zest for life, positive energy, engaging attitude, and ability to connect with others, Christina's professional background allows her to provide her clients attentive service and guidance to make the most informed decisions.
Christina found her place in real estate after she started working alongside her husband, Rumis, helping him with his construction company (www.iogroupconstruction.com). She became familiar with all aspects of the construction and remodeling process, real estate investing and “flipping” in the Chicagoland area.
Prior to getting her real estate license, Christina had tremendous success in academics teaching English as a second language at various local and international universities and served as the English Department Chair for a prominent Mexican university. Her fifteen-year career sharpened her talent for forging relationships and culminated as a manager for a nonprofit organization serving the immigrant community.
