Christina helped us with a contingent sale and move to a new property. She was very professional, but beyond that, she truly cared what we wanted and what was going to make us happy. She took all our concerns into consideration before showing us any property. She was prompt in answering any questions and really cut down our worries significantly. She even had her husband help paint a few door frames when we were pressed for time on a property evaluation. We felt valued and important after this simple act of complete kindness. She made our home selling/buying experience one I’ll never forget. I would recommend her to anyone seeking an amazing realtor.

You cannot find a better duo to help you find a home. Christina and Greg are easy to talk to and have a lot of expertise in guiding you toward a home purchase. Both are super professional and experts in their field.

As a first-time home buyer and new to the process, Christina was super educational and patient in answering the many questions I had. When placing my first offer, she took the time to explain every section and form that was part of the offer and also advised on how to structure the offer in my best interest and advantage. She really puts her clients first to make sure they are taken care of. She was able to help me find out what type of home I was looking for when I had no idea how to narrow down my home checklist. Christina is also super responsive through text, phone, or by email. She was able to book a viewing on the same day, just a few hours after sending the listing to her. She also has a great understanding of the market to make sure I knew how much I would need to offer in this insanely competitive Bay Area housing market.

Greg is an experienced general contractor that can give his insight into homes that we were looking into as well as discussing potential upgrades that could be done. His different perspective when looking at houses was beneficial when considering what would need fixing or become additional cost to the purchase price of the home.

I have learned so much from them both and developed a timeless relationship during my home buying process. I cannot tell you how highly I recommend them.

Christina was a pleasure to work with in getting our first house. I had a lot of dread going into the process, and she really did an amazing job. In particular, we had a lot of confusion as to what exactly we wanted in a house, and she even helped us work through that, starting from some very inconsistent asks on our part. Sorting through that, she gradually narrowed down houses and price ranges to ones that we were happy with.
She was super responsive and went above and beyond, like coordinating with the lender, getting us some immediate "home inspection" info at the sites we visited with a professional contractor, and even after the close she's been helpful crossing the last T's like setting up the solar panel monitoring and options for re-key and re-init security system.
