From start to finish, Christina was awesome. As an out of town buyer with limited time when we came to town, Christina accommodated our schedule. She took the time to get to know our needs for our next home and expertly guided us around the area. She is a skilled contract negotiator, and has an eye for spotting issues with potential homes that we would have missed unless we hired an inspector to do so. The inspector she recommended found issues with the house that resulted in a lowering of the sale price by much more than the price of the inspection. Christina did an awesome job guiding us through the buying process for our new home! We relied heavily on Christina's professional knowledge and insight to get through all of the issues associated with buying our new home, which was especially challenging since we lived out of state and we were not familiar with the area at all. Even though the house was new construction, we had many issues that needed to be addressed by the builder and Christina represented us in an outstanding manner, minimizing the confusion and making the process much simpler for us. She went above and beyond our expectations and we are extremely happy at how well she communicated with us, always showing patience, giving sound advice, and looking out for our best interests. Christina Legrand is in a league of her own when it comes to realtors and snake wranglers. (More on that last part later!)
I was  out of state, when I needed to find a realtor to sell my Cedar Park home.  But who?  Substantive reviews for SELLING your home seemed scarce.
I interviewed 4 Texas realtors. I chose Christina because of her immediate attention to my situation, with a detailed, organized, WRITTEN  approach that got the sale moving before I even met her!  Later, like Robert Frost, I would say, I chose Christina Legrand and "that has made all the difference."

Christina is a Phi Beta Kappa in realty: professional, attentive, efficient, responsive and smart. That she is also inordinately compassionate and committed to her client, is striking. She takes pride in the quality of her work, ENJOYS helping her clients get the  most successful outcome .As a bonus  Christina is well educated, experienced, an enjoyable colleague for your venture. Her style is to quietly say, or text, , "Here is something you might consider.". No pressure, but you have just been given an excellent tip! When you raise a question, you get an immediate well researched answer, not fluff.
There's also her writing. Read some of her exceptionally written property descriptions. Imagine how she will portray yours!

My luck in choosing Christina soon became obvious. As I began to drag behind on the packing, I turned to see Christina taping up boxes! She was packing the kitchen !  ..the paintings! the living room!  She and her team sold and donated furnishings for me. Organized for the moving truck! Unheard of.

As I was heading to the airport, we suddenly discovered water damage in the wall!  Well connected,  Christina found all the best vendors for repairs and restoration. Then, while I remained out of state (!), she closely supervised , upheld high standards for repair, and for the integrity of the home sale. A huge unexpected burden over several months for her, which she accepted with grace, and I am deeply grateful.  Because of her integrity, I'd have confidence purchasing any home that Christina represents.  And I would want her as my Buyer's agent..

Snake wrangling? Late one evening I entered the garage, and watched a large snake at the back wall, slithering into my boxes of stored stuff.  No snake relocator was available. .But the following morning, "Ding Dong"!  Surprise!   Christina stood at my door, holding up her Western boots. "I brought my snake boots!" , she announced with a laugh, and led the way to the garage.
When you work with Christina, you respect and admire her, and sometimes you adore her.
She's a saint. Call her. You're lucky she's out there.

Christina is phenomenal. We have moved several times before and used many realtors; she was by far the best. Relocating to the Austin area during a chaotic real estate market was very worrisome for us. Christina helped smooth out the transition by educating us on the area and laying out each community ahead of time--highlighting the best characteristics and differences for each one. She then spent multiple days showing us the neighborhoods and their amenities. She never pressured us into any specific properties and was very candid about what to expect with the existing market dynamic. When we found a home that was perfect for us, Christina formulated a strategy to prepare the best offer and secure the property. At the same time, Christina was careful to not let us overpay for the property. She then navigated us through a difficult closing process, one that required certain repairs to be made to the property that delayed closing. Christina tracked each repair and ensured it was done professionally, prior to letting us close. She went above and beyond on so many occasions. I couldn't have asked for a better realtor! The Austin housing market is tough to figure out, but Christina knew her area so well! She helped me to know when to hold off on making an offer and when to put an offer in. She had a low-key manner about her and was not high pressure or pushy, but provided good information and thoughts for consideration. While under contract, the house had a frozen pipe cause the house to flood. Christina was a TRUE ADVOCATE and did a great job of working to make sure the seller returned the home to its previous condition before the sale went through. I cannot recommend her enough! She is the right person for the job!

Christina is fantastic! Not only her knowledge of the North of Austin area is on point, she knows all the best people to work with as well for all your side needs for property prep/move in and move out. .

Christina helped us find our new home, and with me being annoyingly picky, we drove many hours together from Lago Vista to Georgetown. Not only was she patient and kind to deal with all those trips, she was fun to be with. I felt that she would drive however long it took, without complaint.

She has an innate knowledge of property values and will let you know what she thinks, even though that bigger price tag might mean more commission for her. She is about taking care of her customer, and making sure they have the right investment above all else .

The end result? We are in an amazing home that is perfect for us, and is a great investment for the long term. And she is still reaching out to us to remind us of things, i.e. the homestead filing.

Christina is absolutely fantastic to work with. My husband and I built our home 23 years ago and were struggling with all that it takes to come to terms with leaving the home our children grew up in. She was incredibly sensitive to our needs and fears, making smart suggestions and guiding us through the whole process. She was always available to meet vendors (and has a large network of great ones) at the house while we were at work, she coordinated getting multiple quotes, getting repairs competed, she took tons of things to Savers to donate for us, helped me stage the house for showing, and she even helped me pack! I have bought quite a few houses and I can say that Christina is without any doubt one of the best realtors that I've ever worked with.

She is hardworking, diligent, honest and patient. Her word is her bond and she will shears recommend the right choices for her client without considering the financial implications for herself. She doesn't know how not to go the extra mile. On a recent transaction, she went as far as mowing the lawn after closing because the seller didn't and the grass was a bit tall.

While out looking, she was on point. She only presented properties that met or requirements and was collaborative in helping us to immediately get the opportunity to view any properties that could be a good fit immediately they came on the market.

Christina was the finest real estate buyer's agent that we could have hoped for. Our family was moving from LA to Austin due to employment, and Christina was instrumental in assisting us with becoming familiar with Cedar Park and surrounding communities, as well as helping us find just the right home in the right area, based upon our personal needs. She listened to our requirements, and worked tirelessly to show us good candidates within our price range. She understood that we wanted space for extended family and also to be close to a good elementary school, and helped us find our perfect home. I cannot say enough good things about Christina Legrand. When we moved back to Austin from North Carolina, we knew we wanted to buy a house as soon as possible. She was recommended to us by close friends we trusted, so it seemed obvious to go with her. They couldn't say enough good things about her, but to actually see her in action was a completely different ball game. She's so petite and unassuming, but boy did she fight for us. The other realtor selling the house we ended up buying was unprofessional and unethical, but she handled him with the utmost professionalism and didn't back down. Our offer was accepted for below asking price and we received a new roof at no cost to us. Bottom line: go with Christina because you won't regret it.
