About Christina

I have been a licensed Realtor since 2004. While pursuing a career in non-profit administration, I began investing in real estate personally and got "the bug". I love finding great deals, staging, decorating, landscape design and helping people. So, real estate is right up my alley!

I started my real estate career with RE/MAX in Thousand Oaks, CA. I quickly rose to the top and earned a Rising Star award my first year followed by Executive Club and 100% Club. I ended my 5 year career with over $19 million in sales volume. When my family moved to North Carolina, I started Real Estate Technology Associates, a marketing company dedicated to helping Realtors with their online lead generation and branding. After a successful 4 years growing the business, I passed it along to my partner when we moved to Texas. Now that we are settled in Texas, I am returning to my true passion, working with Buyers, Sellers and Investors.

Although my passion and career is in real estate, I have always been committed to volunteering with non-profits. I have served on many non-profit boards and I am currently serving as an officer for my children's school PTA.

Christina was more than we could have hoped for in a real estate buyer's agent. We were moving from LA to Austin due to employment, and Christina helped us at every step of the way. She started by showing me around Cedar Park and the neighboring communities, so that we could make an informed decision about where we really wanted to live. She listened closely to our requirements, and was tireless in her efforts to find us a home we could afford and also be happy living in. She was responsible for obtaining a better price than I initially expected, because of her diligence and experience with the local housing market. Above everything else, Christina always answered my questions in an efficient manner, and worked nights and weekends to help us get into our home as we ran out of time with some moving constraints. Finally, Christina worked very closely with my financing and insurance team so that the escrow process could close quickly and without any trouble. I just wish Christina also handled moving and vehicle transport, because where others consistently up-charged us with hidden expenses and lowered our expectations, Christina was always on top of all our house buying and closing issues and exceeded our expectations in every category. Christina was the finest real estate buyer's agent that we could have hoped for. Our family was moving from LA to Austin due to employment, and Christina was instrumental in assisting us with becoming familiar with Cedar Park and surrounding communities, as well as helping us find just the right home in the right area, based upon our personal needs. She listened to our requirements, and worked tirelessly to show us good candidates within our price range. She understood that we wanted space for extended family and also to be close to a good elementary school, and helped us find our perfect home. She negotiated a better price for the house than I thought we could get, and then worked day and night with our finance and insurance team, because we were running out of time for the move. She helped us get through a shortened escrow and then still didn't stop working for us as we moved in, as she helped us with finding a cleaning crew and also information about school registration and other obligations that came with the big move from California. All I can say is that Christina fulfilled every obligation as a real estate agent, and went over and above on multiple occasions to ensure that our move was smooth and successful. We are grateful for her contribution to our move, and we love our new home. This would not have been possible without her experience, effort and overall fantastic attitude.
