We recently bought a house in Maryland and Christina did an excellent job for us. She listened to our needs and was honest in her approach. She was very flexible with our schedule as we had to come from out of town several times. She was extremely helpful before, during, and after our purchase and she fought hard to make sure everything was done that we asked the seller to do. And afterwards she presented us with a lovely gift basket. She even brought a coloring book and crayons to the closing so our young son could be entertained. We thought that was such a thoughtful touch.

We have kept in touch with Christina and she has been invaluable with recommendations for contractors in the area. We look forward to working with her in the future and can’t recommend her enough.

Christina is the best, her and her husband Manny walked my husband and I through each and every step of the way to purchasing our house. We didn’t know quarter of what the process was to purchase but Christina explained time and time again, and even referred us to some of the best people to help us through the loan process, inspection and closing. No time was too late or too early to contact her and she always responded so kindly and efficiently. Even after closing she made it her responsibility to still call and come by whenever she can to see how we are coming along in setting up our home.
