I specialize with estate sales as I have been through it myself. I understand the emotional strains and heartache, the difficulties and hesitations with an estate sale.
For every client, I am companionate, considerate, and understanding; taking care to listen to every client that I work with. I back that up with my continued training. I am nationally certified as an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), E-Pro, PSA, and 'At Home with Diversity'. In addition, I have received many certifications through John L Scott. The real estate market, rules, and regulations are constantly evolving. A Real Estate Broker must evolve through continually advancing with new training programs.
