Christine is wonderful! She not only helped us purchase our new home but sell our previous home as well. There were multiple offers on our new home and she had a lot of ideas that helped our offer get selected. There were a lot of things that came up while selling our old home and she helped guide us the entire way. She was professional, always responded very quickly and really helped guide us through the process. She is also really easy to talk to and SO nice! She was truly a pleasure to work with when we were searching for a new home for our family, making short work of any issues and keeping everything easy, which is how I would really describe working with her. She helped us find a lender, the perfect home, and helped us close. We found a unique home that needed some work and she was great at making sure we had all the necessary things in the house for us to move in. Christine was incredibly knowledgable and helpful during our almost 2 year hunt for a "forever home", and then sale of our first home (which she also helped us purchase 5 years ago). Because of the market, and the fact that we're working from home with two little kids at home, she helped us strategically think through timing of purchasing a new home and then placing our home on the market - suggesting that we prep our home and details needed for the listing early for the moment we had an accepted offer. She was patient and flexible with our two young children at showings and appointments - which made things smooth for us, as well as going above and beyond to help us find vendors and schedule appointments for different things throughout the process. Everything went swimmingly, and I couldn’t have asked for a better situation. Would recommend her, hands down, every time.
