About Christine

Christine Geraghty joined Meg Smith and Associates in the summer of 2012. A Licensed Real Estate Agent since 2006, she has represented many sellers across Long Island extending from Brooklyn to Riverhead. As a Certified Buyer Representative, she prides herself in working with first time home buyers. Most recently in 2018, Christine has earned her Associate Brokers License and has since been promoted to Office Manager at Meg Smith and Associates Real Estate.

Christine earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Communication and Marketing and started her real estate career in 2004 as a marketing consultant for real estate agents on the North Shore of Long Island. Having worked in building the business of another real estate agent, she learned what marketing and advertising tools are essential to get homes sold. With that knowledge and background, Christine has developed many unique marketing tools including niche websites specific to areas she specializes in.

Residing in the Hamlet of Islip Terrace in the Town of Islip for over 30 years, Christine has the personal knowledge of the neighborhood trends, nature and growth possibilities. She is continuously building her business based on the respect of her clients and recognition of her peers.
