To start, we could go on for hours about all of the amazing things that Christine did for us to get us into our dream home today. But for now we’ll leave it short and sweet and say, she’s phenomenal. She goes above and beyond the call of duty, she is like your personal cheerleader and your bodyguard rolled into one sweet, adorable little package.

We had so many road blocks along the way moving from Colorado to North Carolina, many of which would have completely stopped us from moving here if it weren’t for Christine. She literally was our saving grace.

TWO YEARS LATER: Once again, the military has transferred my family and I across the country. We reached out to Christine for help and of course, it was worth it. We were able to sell our home after only a few days on the market and at no stress to us. Christine and her team did all the work. From preparing the home for showings, an open house and all of the above. I am beyond grateful for having Christine on our team for both the purchasing and selling of our home. If we ever find ourselves back in the area, she will be our 1st call!

As an active duty military member, moving four weeks after the birth of our daughter AND during a global pandemic, you would think that the level of stress could not be eased. However, Christine Graham, did exactly that. The home buying process with her was beyond easy and she was beyond helpful. We contacted her while still living in our current home in Louisiana and about six weeks prior to even being in the area we planned to buy. She asked us what we were looking for and she continually supplied us with updates on homes we were interested in and also homes that met our requests. Her diligence and mindfulness of our unique situation was such a light during the entire process. Once in the Virginia area, we were able to schedule looking at homes immediately. She had every house we were interested in on the list to see, plus others she had found! She had each home outlined with all the specs and information we could ever want before even seeing the home in person. Any questions that came up, she quickly found us the answer. Once we chose our new home, she didn’t hesitate to keep the ball rolling. From that point on, each minor to major task was quickly handled and handled well. She was always available to help or answer a question at any time of day. Her professionalism as well as how personable she is made even the tedious chore enjoyable. Buying a home is never easy but with Christine it was such a smooth process. Additionally, the day we received our keys was quite the hassle as we were living in a hotel prior. We walked in the door of our new home and were welcomed home with the most amazing and thoughtful gift from Christine! She even added a little something for our baby girl! Christine went above and beyond for our family and she really made what could have been a really rough time, (in the world of COVID) amazing! I have already recommended her to a former military colleague who will be transferring to the area soon, and plan to continuously pass along her information.

My husband and I were introduced to Christine by another Realtor when we decided to make a purchase in a state where our original Realtor was not yet licensed. I can't express how grateful we are to have been paired with her. We started looking for our home in the middle of 2020, and as anyone who started the home buying process after COVID can attest to, it was a difficult, competitive, and defeating process at times. We literally could not have done it without Christine!

Christine is incredibly responsive to the point that I don't know how it's humanly possible. She seems to have more hours in the day than us! She always made herself available to us, was constantly reassuring and positive, and truly made us feel like we were working with someone we trust and who has our best interest in mind. Her support has not stopped since we purchased our home in November 2020. Christine just helped us land an amazing property in a crazy market! Living out of state, it was important for us to find someone we could trust. From the very beginning, Christine won our trust with her quick responses, informative emails, and overall knowledge of the market. She sent us emails a couple times a week that helped us understand the home-buying process. If we didn't understand something, we would call and she would explain and help in any way that she could. In addition to her knowledge and patience, we really felt like we were her only clients - she would answer text messages at all hours of the day. Having only met Christine for the first time on our closing day, we really felt like we already knew her and she was our friend. When it came to selling our place, Christine took time to advise us and personally helped stage our home, making it look better than we could have hoped. Christine is well informed, well connected and shares her knowledge unselfishly with her clients. In late June, 2020 we decided to look into putting our house for sale. Christine Graham had helped our daughter and son-in law with the purchase of their new home, a great find! With that in mind, we asked her to meet with us to discuss the real estate market for our area and to find out what we could expect for our house. She very proficiently explained our options. With that information we knew she could sell our house quickly, and for top dollar. She answered all our questions with a smile, went over and above her duty and exceeded our expectations. She helped us with every detail, from decluttering, to finding contractors, to hiring a moving company for us. At noon, of Thursday, August 13, 2020 we had our first Open House, by the end of that evening we received an offer that was finalized by Friday evening. We are happy to say, the house sold for well over the asking price. Everything moved on schedule, and as she predicted it would. Christine made the whole process of buying a property a joy. She gave us a printed diagram showing all stages of the buying process which was very helpful for us as first time buyer. She fully understood our requirements and it took no time with Christine to find our dream house.
