Best Realtor ever! Christine thought of everything. When we looked at a house, she checked the HVAC, the closets, the attic, the basement, looked for water and animal damage, and checked virtually every nook and cranny. She is incredibly thorough. Then after our offer was accepted, she reminded us of every milestone we had to meet. Thanks to Christine, everything stayed on track. And she always had our best interest at heart. I truly cannot say enough about Christine as a person and as my realtor. I was in a very tough position, my young husband is very sick. I was forced to do something with my home as I could not manage it myself anymore financially or physically. I am so grateful to God for bringing Christine Shaw to me. Christine is knowledgeable, confident and personable.

Although Christine is referred to as one of the top ten Real Estate Agents, internationally, in my book, she is No.1. How many real estate agents will turn down a sale because they sincerely believed that their client was making the wrong decision - the house was not the right fit for the client.

This is my story:
I desperately needed to purchase a home. I had been out bided on three separate offers. You can imagine how discouraging it was. Surprisingly, my offer was accepted on a home for the first time, and I was so excited. However, after the inspection, Christine advised against moving on with the sale because she firmly believed:
1) That I was not getting value for my money.
2) That the Seller did not do a good job in repairing the house. prior to the sale - the house was a “flip”
3) That the “credit” that the Seller provided may not be sufficient to cover all the repairs required…
4) That chances are, I might discover additional issues not visible to the eyes after moving in.
5) That, based on her assessment of me, the house was not appropriate for me; and that a “turnkey” house would be more appropriate.
Also, based on her experience as a Real Estate Agent; as well as her gut feelings, she would not be at peace if she were to go on with the sale. I reluctantly gave in to Christine’s request because I respected her professional judgment and perceived that she genuinely cares for me as a person.

Buoy! Christine was absolutely correct!
My offer was accepted on another house, which was 10 times better than the previous house in all aspects. The house passed inspections with raving reviews. It’s a "turnkey plus" and we were able to close in record time!

I met with Christine prior to deciding to put my house on the market and she explained the process in detail and made very smart suggestions for making my house ready to sell. She arranged a professional photographer to photograph the house and printed professional flyers. She also arranged a very successful open-house.

Christine was wonderful: start to finish. She goes above and beyond to help you find the right home and follows through to make sure your making a good investment and your home has as little surprises as possible. For example, my wife and I were purchasing and older home and Christine suggested we check for an underground oil tank. We had heard horror stories on how costly a leaky tank could be to a home owner and agreed to get a survey done. Christine, instead of waiting for the survey, took the initiative to call public records, our fire department and the DEP to check if anyone has any records of a tank buried on the property. Our experience with other realtors really highlighted how Christine works as your advocate, catering to your needs, trying to make the experience less stressful, and being unbiased and professional about the homes you are interested in. We've had realtors show us houses and inundate us with their opinions on whether a house is what they considered a good investment or cost appropriate. Christine always pointed out facts without the opinions attached. Instead of saying a place was too much work or too old or whatever, she would make suggestions and point out areas of interest. Leaving my wife and I to take that into consideration and judge the home for ourselves. The difference may seem subtle but it has a tremendous effect on the experience of a house showing. All-in-all I would recommend Christine to anyone. 10/10. The best.

If you want the best real estate agent, Christine is the one that goes above and beyond to deliver the best service possible. She is responsive and was patient with my numerous requests to see many properties. Christine was one of three realtors we “interviewed” when we were getting ready to list our house. As soon as we met her, we knew she would be the perfect agent to represent us and list our home. We were selling our first home and had no idea what to expect. Christine was kind, caring, and sensitive to our needs, as showing a house with two small children, a dog and a cat, can be tricky. She was also very honest with us about things that needed to be fixed before listing, like how our house smelled like dog and gave us recommendations to help fix it (like replacing the dog beds). She hired a professional photographer to take amazing photos of our home because she knows how important first looks are and that now everyone's first look at your house will be online. Christine was always available via phone, email, or text. Our preferred method of contact was text and we would confirm all of the showings that way. We never needed to do an open house, or a price reduction as our house was priced right and we were able to go under contract quickly. Christine’s ability to price a house right, market it and get it sold quickly for its value, is unmatched. We talked so highly of her regularly that when my Mother-In-Law decided to sell her home, she didn’t bother interviewing other realtors as she already knew what a great job Christine did selling our home. I seriously cannot recommend Christine Shaw enough.
