I just closed on my first house working with realtor Mike Meszaros of Chris Bailey's Realty Business "Bailey & Associates Real Estate Team". I had a great experience over the past 6 months. Mike was very helpful in walking me through the process of buying a home, answering questions, reaching out to seller realtors, doing many digital walkthroughs and generally being a good servant in making this happen.

Mike was always honest, and several times suggested a particular property may not meet my needs because of structural issues, even when I liked the property. I appreciated the candor even when it lowered his chances of getting a quick sale. His associates were also very helpful in answering my questions and making the process move forward. I want to mention that the home inspector Mike hired was especially good, catching many subtle things and was careful to withhold giving approval until after he was sure the house didn't have major issues.

It took 6 months to find the right house, fighting through post-covid era high pricing due to low housing inventory. I never felt like Mike lost patience.

In the event I need to move I plan on reaching out to Mike and Chris for future assistance.

It has been over 30 years since we last went through the home buying process. We didn’t know what to expect when we started this adventure but were so lucky and fortunate to be able to work with Chris and his team on this process. Chris was extremely knowledgeable in not only the areas we were interested in but also had numerous resources to help us (inspectors, radon testing etc..).

He went above and beyond in helping stage our house while we were out of town to get it on market; his attention to detail and prompt replies to all questions really took the burden off of us as sellers. Not only did he help sell our current home but he also helped us close on our new home and ensure we were set up the best way financially through both transactions.

I would highly recommend anyone looking for a house to work with Chris, Mike and Lindsay. They are extremely knowledgeable, professional and Use their individual skill sets and knowledge basis to give amazing advice. This is especially important for people who are newer to the real estate market and are looking for a guiding hand. Today we closed on the fourth home my wife and I have purchased collectively. We now understand the difference between a good Realtor and an AMAZING Realtor. Chris and his team showed us professionalism, quick responsiveness, education and stewardship through the entire process. Having Chris at every potential home we toured, was equivalent to having a pre-home-inspection before we ever considered making an offer. Chris recently helped me and my wife buy our first home. We have a fair amount of experience with real estate sales consultants (8 moves overall). This experience was easily the best. Not only did Chris put together a thorough market analysis to assess competition and help us establish an asking price, he offered insight into the market the “statistics” don’t convey. He was always responsive to our request for information, and desire to see (several) properties. It was very apparent that he holds his responsibility to client and profession in high regard. Even when our home had attracted multiple offers in the first day on the market (I’d say largely due to his marketing efforts and pricing strategy), he still followed through with conducting a planned open house resulting in yet better offers. We feel he simply outworked our expectations, and can’t recommend him and his team strongly enough. Outstanding in every way.
