Christopher is proud to call Miami his hometown. Having lived on Miami Beach his entire life, he has experienced all the city has to offer beyond its tropical allure and has witnessed its evolution into a global cultural hub welcoming people from around the world. As a Miami native, Christopher is uniquely positioned to guide clients through the local real estate market, with deep knowledge of the city’s diverse neighborhoods and an eye for uncovering hidden gems.
Born into a real estate family, Christopher gained early, hands-on exposure to the industry. His mother, Nancy Batchelor, provided him with invaluable experience through constant immersion in real estate negotiations, as well as involvement in open houses, marketing, and sales support.
Christopher holds a degree in International Business from Lynn University, where he was an active member of the Honor Society and developed a strong foundation in finance, business strategy, technology, and marketing. Outside of work, he is deeply committed to philanthropy through his family’s Batchelor Foundation. He previously volunteered with Shake-A-Leg in Coconut Grove, an organization dedicated to teaching individuals with disabilities how to sail.
Combining his passion for the water and architecture, Christopher now offers waterfront tours for clients interested in experiencing life on the water. He looks forward to sharing his enthusiasm for Miami with those seeking to make the city their home.
