Real estate has been a lifelong interest of Christopher's since his first land investment at the age of 15. Over the years since, he designed and built homes while investing in real estate in four states, including here in Sarasota, Florida. His consulting firm, specializing in leadership and sales, worked with hundreds of real estate professionals in the new home sales and marketing industry throughout California, Washington, Arizona, New York City and Atlanta.
Originally from the Northeast, Christopher, like so many others, discovered Sarasota on a winter getaway from Maine 25 years ago. Within six months he moved to this special place. In subsequent years, business travels and life events placed him in various locations from Atlanta to San Diego. Nonetheless, the allure of Sarasota made it his preferred yearly destination; now it's home once again.
Christopher has created a reputation for insightful, effective communication. Whether successfully negotiating multimillion-dollar corporate contracts, reorganizing interdisciplinary teams in business or simply enabling two parties to communicate more thoughtfully, he is dedicated to producing positive results for every customer he serves.
Over the years, Christopher has been privileged with a network of connections from across the United States to Germany, India and the U.K. These connections provide a wealth of opportunity for home sellers and buyers in our Florida Gulf Coast region, given its international draw.
Christopher has enjoyed many years working with charitable endeavors, including as a board member and partner at SVP International (philanthropic network focused on solving communities' social challenges) and a member of Gen Next (organization driving generational progress in education, economic growth and global security). In his spare time, he looks forward to more travel, sharing time with family and friends, excellent wine and engaging conversation.
