We purchased our home at the beginning of the Covid pandemic when there was no inventory. Once we settled on homes to view they had already been placed under contract. I sat with him and his wife and we went over the things I was looking for!
We worked together for about 6 weeks looking at homes and TownHomes in Hampton and Newport News until I saw one I really liked!
It took about another 3 weeks to get the contract approved and the lender set in place! And the closing set and all the paperwork signed!
Fairly quick process!
