Chris Cruz has a wealth of knowledge of the Seattle area real estate market. He was born and raised in Seattle, WA where he attended Kennedy and Ingraham High School. After high school, with a desire of duty and honor, he enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps for 4 years, stationed at various duty stations such as Camp Hansen in Okinawa and Camp Pendleton in California. He moved back to Tukwila, WA in 2002 and has been a Burien resident since 2007. He also spent 10 years at Bank of America gaining experience in finance and management prior to following his passion and pursuing his career in real estate. While at Bank of America, he has held various leadership positions and been part of all different business models throughout his career.
