Christopher Cruz

Chris Cruz has a wealth of knowledge of the Seattle area real estate market. He was born and raised in Seattle, WA where he attended Kennedy and Ingraham High School. After high school, with a desire of duty and honor, he enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps for 4 years, stationed at various duty stations such as Camp Hansen in Okinawa and Camp Pendleton in California. He moved back to Tukwila, WA in 2002 and has been a Burien resident since 2007. He also spent 10 years at Bank of America gaining experience in finance and management prior to following his passion and pursuing his career in real estate. While at Bank of America, he has held various leadership positions and been part of all different business models throughout his career.

His goal is to help you deepen your real estate knowledge, whether you are a first-time home buyer or an experienced real estate investor. You can expect prompt follow ups and clear communication to keep you up to date with the real estate market and your transaction. He has exceptional and proven customer service and demonstrates a strong work ethic.

On his free time, Chris loves giving back to the community and volunteers with Habitat for Humanity, Boots to Shoes Foundation and as a Tax Preparer through United Way of King County at the Burien Goodwill location.
