Christopher Deveso

Christopher Deveso, Principal/Owner of TC Group, LLC, manages operational and consulting aspects of the company.

While attending the University of Buffalo during the evenings, Chris worked in real estate, development and construction in Buffalo New York where he found his passion for the industry. He quickly became recognized for his ability to manage a wide array of projects including construction of custom homes and renovations of multi-family and commercial buildings. From the very beginning, Chris brought each project in on time and on budget earning him a reputation for reliability and excellence.

In 1990 Chris moved to Sarasota Florida, obtained his contractors license and founded a home building and remodeling company while managing a 64 unit condominium complex.

In 1999 with a business partner, Chris formed TC Group, LLC a real estate brokerage, contracting and development firm which focuses on medical, office and retail assets as well as select residential properties.
