Christopher Egan

Chris Egan joined Hightop Development in 2022. He brings over 13 years of Multifamily investment sales experience in the Philadelphia region. Chris specialized in the marketing and financing of all sectors of the Multifamily asset class from ground-up development opportunities to value-add & core assets.



Chris is responsible for identifying, underwriting, analyzing, and negotiating the purchase of Hightop’s pipeline of development and investment opportunities including but not limited to Multifamily, Retail, Industrial, and Hospitality projects.



Chris brings to Hightop extensive knowledge of Philadelphia real estate market and a strong trusted network of the most active brokers, investors, and property owners in the region. Chris is excited to join Hightop Development with an eye toward contributing to continued exponential growth.



Chris is a graduate of The University of Tampa with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing & Advertising.
