Christopher Gress

Chris Gress is a highly respected Associate Broker with deep roots in Anne Arundel County and decades of experience guiding families through the real estate process. A Graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI), and a lifetime member of both the Masters Club and Distinguished Sales Club of Anne Arundel County, Chris has consistently been recognized for his professionalism and results. His education background—earning advanced degrees from Johns Hopkins University and the College of Notre Dame of Maryland—reflects his lifelong commitment to learning, leadership, and service, qualities he brings to every client relationship.

Before real estate, Chris served as an assistant principal and classroom teacher, experiences that honed his skills in communication, problem-solving, and negotiation. Today, he combines that expertise with a passion for helping clients buy and sell homes with confidence and ease. A devoted husband to Cathy Surlis Gress and proud father of Jack, Tom, and Kate, Chris is also an active parishioner at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton and a longtime youth coach for football, basketball, soccer, and lacrosse in the Crofton community.
