After the military and prior to Real Estate, Christopher Hanson was in the mortgage servicing business for 17 years, specializing in default servicing (Short Sales, REO's, etc.). It was a difficult, heart-wrenching job, so he made sure to take every care and consideration with those clients.
This is what he loves about my current career: there is nothing more rewarding than getting a house sold quickly for a seller or handing over a set of keys to a buyer. A satisfied customer and their smile are worth its weight in gold and Christopher wouldn't trade it for the world!
Originally from, he gave 8 years of service in the United States Navy, including the Gulf War, right after high school. After his service, Christopher moved to Florida. Here, Christopher is married to his beautiful wife, and they have three children, 2 girls and 1 boy. They enjoy traveling, boating, the beaches and backyard BBQs with friends and family.
His children are highly active in various team sports throughout the year, and when possible, Christopher coach most of those teams. If he is not coaching, he is the best cheerleader he knows! They have now lived in the Clay County area for 20 years and love the schools, the convenience to shopping and major medical facilities and the overall friendly atmosphere it provides.
He would highly recommend catching a show at the Thrasher Horne center of Performing Arts, and in his humble opinion, they have the best fair in the Jacksonville area every spring, the Clay County Agricultural Fair!
Christopher goal is to take away as much of the stress as he can whether you are selling or buying a home, as this is usually the BIGGEST and MOST STRESSFUL transaction someone can face! Communication is key, along with knowledge, support, trust and guidance. You have better things to do than stress.
