Lancefield Realty recently helped me sell my house and they did an excellent job throughout the process. I worked with Chris, the Principal Broker, and his knowledge and professionalism were superb. As soon as we began discussing the plans for selling my house, Chris had pulled together all of the relevant data and reports about comparable home sales in the neighborhood for the last 6 months. His understanding of the market, the data and the current trends proved to be the key component in the successful sale. Perhaps the best part of the experience was the way Chris worked in partnership with me, the other agents and, ultimately, the buyer. Chris listened when I had questions, gave thorough explanations about the process, and gladly accommodated a few special requests that I had. At the onset he asked what my goals for the sale were. We achieved every goal: timeline, showings and price point. His advice about the listing price and post inspection modifications was spot on. I highly recommend choosing Lancefield Realty when you are ready to buy or sell real estate.
