About Christopher

Christopher McCormick started his sales and marketing career at the early age of 6. He had a big newspaper route and caught and sold fish at the local taverns also! At the age of 12, his parents opened a bicycle shop, and he worked there after school and on weekends. They became the largest shop in 3 counties, and he lost track of the number of bikes he sold and or repaired. At the age of 21, and against everyone’s advice, he became a licensed Realtor with a national franchise. They all said he looked too young. Well, he quickly found out the harder he worked, the luckier he became, he quickly became one of the top agents in the company and in the market. He then branched out into real estate investing.

In 1999, he went to work for a real estate developer and enjoyed remarkable success over the next few years and he learned more facets of the industry. New construction and development!

After many years of success in the Low Country real estate market, CJ recently decided to join AgentOwned Realty. After much reflection, he is confident in his abilities to continue providing great service but now even better!

Hello, my family and I had Christopher as our realtor in December 2012. We were so pleased by his work ethic!! He was always available, even at a short notice. We called him right before Christmas and told him exactly what we wanted and needed and he got right on it and had found us the perfect home for us by January! Till this day he calls and checks in to make sure we are happy and if there is anything that we need! He takes his job with pride and that is what we loved about him! He got to know us and became our friend, not just a realtor. I would recomend him to anybody! Christopher made our move possible in the amount of time that we had and was willing to work with us even over Christmas. Our expectations were met and then some! Wish there were more realtors out there like him! Our next move will definatley be with Christopher McCormick!!
