About Christopher

Chris Paul entered into the real estate world in 1992 in Scottsdale as construction labor building Bill Tull designed adobe homes and later homes developed by Von Dicks. He purchased his first investment property in 1990 out of Bankruptcy, and in 2001, with a solid foundation in construction and real estate investing, Chris became a licensed real estate agent. He created ‘Unlimited Ink Investments’ and began to invest in real estate. Three years later, in 2004, Chris became a broker. In 2005 the ‘Chris Paul Realty Group’ was formed. The Chris Paul Team worked with Berkshire Hathaway Home Services for a stint until finding the right home at Realty One Group. Today, Chris Paul works with his team out of the Realty One Group offices in Paradise Valley, centrally located to best service the Biltmore, Scottsdale, Arcadia, and Paradise Valley areas.
