Christopher Pertile

As a Chicago native, Chris’s passion for real estate began at a young age. Working for numerous general contractors in various trades while in his early years, Chris learned the inner workings of development and residential real estate. Always eager to learn more about the assortment of neighborhoods and properties, Chris devoted his time to research and investment in the real estate market and he takes great pride of his knowledge of the dynamic Chicago real estate environment. As a resident of Streeterville, Chris has extensive experience with luxury residential properties in the downtown and surrounding areas.

Prior to joining @properties, Chris began his career at a privately held management consulting firm. During his six-year tenure, Chris built a strong analytical foundation and mastered the art of communication. As a Senior Consultant, Chris developed due diligence and time management skills, while also learning how to deliver an exceptional work product in a fast-paced environment. Each client can rest assured knowing they have a dependable and knowledgeable agent at their side, who will represent their interests and ensure each transaction is an enjoyable process.

Chris graduated from Northern Illinois University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. With his background in finance, Chris offers a unique skill set to @properties and each individual client and is excited to navigate his clients through their real estate needs.

In his free time, Chris enjoys trying new cuisine and wine, traveling, outdoor activities along the lakefront, golfing, skiing, and basketball.
