After managing the family liquor store, selling it at a profit, and creating a thriving career as a foreign exchange market trader at a Houston-based Wall Street firm, he entered the mortgage banking industry at a client’s behest. Since then, he’s utilized his obsession with numbers to win for his clients.
During his 14-year tenure as a mortgage banker, Chris was the go-to financing expert for warrantable and non-warrantable condos and the preferred lender for developers such as Randall Davis, Post Properties, and Caspian Homes. Many of their buyers were first-timers, so he soon became a first-time buyer specialist and the preferred lender for a nationwide brokerage, where he trained more than 60 agents.
