About Christopher

Licensed in 1999, I followed the footsteps of my Grandfather and Father into our family business that was started in 1962. I was honored to be the 2021 President of the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors along with being the 3rd Generation Broker/Owner of Harvey Z. Raad Real Estate in Allentown.

I have served on the Greater Lehigh Valley Realtors Board of Directors from 2011-2017, and acted as President in 2015 & 2016. I was honored to have won the election becoming Treasurer of the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors in 2018; served as 1st Vice President in 2019 and President-Elect in 2020. Having been on the PAR Board of Directors since 2011, I have been Chair of the Commercial, Industrial & Investment Committee in 2017-2018 along with many task forces. I have also been honored to have been selected to the National Association of Realtors Board of Directors in 2016-2017 and 2020-2022, and had served on the Public Policy Coordinating Committee from 2016-2021.

Outside of real estate, I was appointed to the City of Allentown Redevelopment Authority in 2024, and currently hold the Chair position. I was selected as a 2021 Honoree to the Lehigh Valley Business Power 30 for Construction and Real Estate along with being a 40 Under 40 honoree in 2016 by the Lehigh Valley Business Journal; along with previously serving on the Board of Directors for Camelot for Children and the City of Allentown Historical Architectural Review Board.

I am a life-long resident of the Lehigh Valley and reside in Salisbury Township. When not working, I like to golf, travel and relax with friends and family!
