Before we listed, their staging expertise helped us make our home show worthy. Their professional photographer took amazing photos and video for the web listing. Chris and his team are beyond amazing. When my husband and I first made the decision to sell our home we felt overwhelmed and anxious because the process would be new to us. We have heard of horror stories from friends and families whom unfortunately had worked with real estate agents/brokers that were less than stellar so it was really important for us to find someone who is complete opposite of that. We are very happy and fortunate that we found Chris to work with. From the moment I reached out to him, to the showings, to the offers, to the closing process, and even now, he's been nothing but attentive and very responsive. We never felt like we were left in the dark and never felt like we were "just another client" to Chris. He really personalized the experience for us and was very supportive and communicative along the way. He had gorgeous photos of our home taken for us, and the listing itself was perfect in the way it presented our home to ensure it attracted the right buyers. Since we were selling during COVID-19, he made sure all the safety precautions were taken during showings to keep my family feeling safe.
