Christopher Spivey

As a Wilmington native and UNC-Wilmington graduate, Chris Spivey has spent a lifetime enjoying what the Wilmington area has to offer. Chris' local knowledge and experience have been integral parts in representing his clients with buying/selling in the local real estate market for the past 17 years and has helped Chris sell hundreds of properties during that time and more importantly, has helped build lasting relationships with his clients. He is a committed philanthropist with a goal of giving back to his community by raising/donating thousands of dollars each year for local charities.
