This is the second time I am selling a home. Chris and Jeff were awesome and really stepped in to help get ready for the sale. They did not hesitate to roll their sleeves up and do want needed to be done, painting, clearing out old furniture and even helped deliver truck loads to the recycling. In the end the house looked pristine and I even questioned "is this my house?" when I saw final pictures as it looked more awesome then I expected.
Chris and Jeff were very clear, open and honest with estimates and documentation, totally made everything easy.

Chris and Jeff were fantastic from start to finish. We had a difficult situation with an encroaching foreclosure so time was of the essence and from day one they kept in close contact and provided all necessary tools and advice to make the process quick and smooth. They are not afraid to get in there and get their hands dirty either where on several occasions we needed a bit of extra help! We had a lot to do but once complete and we gave the go ahead, we had a listing the end of one week, sale over the weekend with a close literally a week and a half later!

We are real estate investors who decided to downsize and enlist Jeff’s services. He sold several properties between 2017 and 2018. A fifth property was taken off the market later and sold privately. Nonetheless, Jeff still continued to support us with our efforts. All of the properties were part of HOA’s which presented additional challenges. He went above and beyond the duties of a real estate agent by devoting his personal time to help us finish up renovations, painting, digging drainage ditches, trimming tree limbs, staging and recruiting contractors to help us achieve and meet deadlines and pass inspections. Our house had sat on the market unsold for months with another realtor. We hired Jeff and could not believe the difference. He brought key insight into marking and timing as well as genius staging that involved minimal work (work that he always lent a hand on too!). He listed the house at the original price and was able to sell it after only 1 showing at full list price. He then went on to sell my late mother's house after only one showing at full list price. I had an amazing experience with Jeff when I sold my home in MD. I got a job offer across the country and had to leave in 2 weeks. I didn't have time to get my place ready for the sale. Jeff came to the rescue and helped me get thru process painlessly. He would update me everyday, keeping the time difference in mind, and tell me what was being done and what was needed to be done. Chris Stumbroski was our agent. We had no idea what we wanted. Chris patiently worked with us. He found places in every type of home we asked to see. From waterfront to townhouse to country house. With his help we finally found the perfect home for us at a fair price. When I say patient believe me he was more than patient. We really had no idea what we wanted. But he hung in there and showed us as many places as we were interested in seeing. He adapted the homes he sent us based on feedback from each viewing to find what we really wanted. My wife and I met Jeff at an open house and connected with him instantly. He and his team (to include his wife who was also very helpful!) were always available and gave us their honest opinions on both the purchase of our previous home as well as our new home. Jeff went above and beyond to aggressively market our home. When unexpected repairs were needed in our absence, Jeff lined up affordable contractors and supervised the work done. Buying and selling a home is such a stressful process requiring luck and timing. The process also requires guidance and a deep knowledge of the market. I have never had a realtor work as hard for me as Jeff Lipkin. Jeff sold our home for above our asking price then put us in our dream home for below the sellers listing price!
We were fairly “needy” clients but Jeff took it all in stride. I hope I don’t move again for many years but I know who I will call when I do.
