Jeff is my dad so I went into the deal a little biased.. But over the years, I’ve seen friends and many people I know less well will work with him too, and the experience is always the same. He only knows one way to do this job, and that’s by being fully committed to getting the best outcome for his clients. Like a lot of realtors, his phone is always on and he is zeroed in on all the aspects of the deal, yes—but more often than not, he’s actually out in the field, helping someone get their home ready or jumping in (literally) wherever he’s needed. Chris and Jeff are extremely knowledgable about homes, how they are constructed, the systems behind the walls, under the ground, how construction trends have changed throughout history, and what all of this means for you, the purchaser. And when it comes to selling homes, they are experts at seeing the most valuable attributes of any home and ensuring they are highlighted in listing, photos, staging etc... to fetch the best offers.

We were very particular about what we wanted in a home, and it took viewing many homes and placing multiple offers to finally land on the right one; Chris was extremely patient and flexible in our search and when we had scheduling conflicts his partner Jeff stepped in to offer the same valuable knowledge. They understood what we were looking for, and never made us feel pressured to put in an offer for the sake of closing a deal.

This is the second time I am selling a home. Chris and Jeff were awesome and really stepped in to help get ready for the sale. They did not hesitate to roll their sleeves up and do want needed to be done, painting, clearing out old furniture and even helped deliver truck loads to the recycling. Chris and Jeff were fantastic from start to finish. We had a difficult situation with an encroaching foreclosure so time was of the essence and from day one they kept in close contact and provided all necessary tools and advice to make the process quick and smooth. They are not afraid to get in there and get their hands dirty either where on several occasions we needed a bit of extra help! We had a lot to do but once complete and we gave the go ahead, we had a listing the end of one week, sale over the weekend with a close literally a week and a half later!

We are real estate investors who decided to downsize and enlist Jeff’s services. He sold several properties between 2017 and 2018. A fifth property was taken off the market later and sold privately. Nonetheless, Jeff still continued to support us with our efforts. All of the properties were part of HOA’s which presented additional challenges. He went above and beyond the duties of a real estate agent by devoting his personal time to help us finish up renovations, painting, digging drainage ditches, trimming tree limbs, staging and recruiting contractors to help us achieve and meet deadlines and pass inspections. He listed the house at the original price and was able to sell it after only 1 showing at full list price. He then went on to sell my late mother's house after only one showing at full list price. And *then* found us a fantastic deal in our target but very competitive neighborhood. Seriously, he is the absolute best in a very crowded field. You need Jeff Lipkin in your corner!

Buying and selling a home is such a stressful process requiring luck and timing. The process also requires guidance and a deep knowledge of the market. I have never had a realtor work as hard for me as Jeff Lipkin. Jeff sold our home for above our asking price then put us in our dream home for below the sellers listing price!
