I referred to Chris by a friend, and my husband and I could not have been more satisfied! Chris was easy to talk to and wasn’t bothered by my five million questions as a first time home buyer entering this crazy housing market right now. He made sure to explain everything thoroughly to me, and was up front and honest when needed to be. He was also very knowledgeable about what a good home entailed, and how these houses were built The third home we looked at we fell in love, and Chris went above and beyond to advocate for us and make our dream home happen! We could not be more grateful to work with Chris who made this process as smooth as possible. I would highly recommend Chris to anyone, and look forward to potentially doing business in the future!

Chris was recommended to us by a friend so I knew that we would be in good hands from the start. That being said at first I really did not realize how great Chris was going to be and how well he would treat us and support us throughout our homebuying process.

After attending an open house on a whim we fell in love with the space and immediately contacted Chris as he had been helping us tour and view other houses. He immediately set up a time to view the house with us the next day in order to provide his opinion on the house and build a plan for submitting an offer.

Chris then helped us package up our offer within 24 hours to be submitted to the sellers agent. He taught us about escalation clauses and how we could use one to try and get the house without overpaying or going above our budget. This was crucial as it was the reason that we ultimately had our offer accepted.

After having our offer accepted Chris then continued to guide us through all of the tasks that needed to take place prior to closing, including but not limited to having the house inspected, acquiring a mortgage with a local broker, and negotiating with the seller for credits on the house.

As this was the first time that my fiancee and I were buying a house Chris quickly and professionally answered all of our endless questions and always put us at ease.

I would recommend Chris to anyone looking to purchase a home as he made the entire process as painless as I could imagine.

My husband and I were recommended to Chris by a very close friend of ours who had a great first time homebuyers experience working with him. We were first-time homebuyers as well and we were all over the map, literally and figuratively. He was very patient and understanding towards us. Christopher Thude made my first home purchase a breeze. As busy as he is, I felt like his number one priority throughout the process. He made himself available to me based on my schedule and work hours. We talked on the phone, emailed, and texted just about all hours of the day and night until I found the perfect home. Whenever I wanted to visit a home, he scheduled something the same day in most cases. Since buying my home, he has helped friends and family of mine with their real estate needs. Chris was a home buyer's realtor dream. As 1st time home buyers we had roughly 18 questions for him each day and he was not only quick to respond but helpful and clear. In the rare case he didn't have the answer he would find out for us in super human speeds.
