With over 12 years’ experience in real estate and an extensive background in sales, Chris is expertly qualified to assist in any real estate venture. He believes a successful real estate experience is the result of listening to his customers and working with them as a team to achieve their goals.

As co-owner of Van Vliet Real Estate in San Diego with his wife, Jamie, Chris specialized in luxury and investment properties. Before their move “out east” in Lakewood Ranch, Chris managed over 3,000 units and worked with his wife on a record breaking $7,000,000 residential home sale. Utilizing this experience, Chris is confidently able to assist his customers with finding solid investment properties that yield the highest returns for their hard-earned savings.

Team Van Vliet has now been a proud resident of Lakewood Ranch for six years. They love that it’s the perfect environment for all stages of life and delight in sharing its treasures with others; especially the array of golf courses. Chris enjoys getting to know his customers on the golf course, boating or just out fishing. He loves most sports and while originally from St. Paul, MN, he is a die-hard fan of the Tampa Bay Rays and Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Chris and Jamie are active members of their community through Bayside Church and teach marriage classes there. With four children and eight grandchildren, Chris looks forward to one day going on a mission trip with each grandchild individually. It is Team Van Vliet’s aspiration to personally fund the drilling of at least one well in Africa.
